Kapiti Road To Be “Beautiful Tree Lined Boulevard”

Even the most die-hard Kapiti Coaster would agree that Kapiti Road, linking Paraparaumu with Paraparaumu Beach, is not the most attractive major arterial road on the planet. However, plans are afoot to change all that. Sir Noel Robinson the developer behind the major business park planned for the Paraparaumu Airport land wants to see Kapiti Road turned into a “beautiful boulevard.”

Sir Noel would like to see a mix of businesses and offices along the route and interest are “running hot” as businesses declare their interest in being involved with the new development which is expected to revitalise central Paraparaumu.
